Jeff Koons is an American artist who works on colorful works and large-scale sculptures but he is mostly known as producing banal objects. His usage of neon-colored palette and desire for bad taste structures draw him to called as a post-pop or kitsch art artist.

He prefers conceptual images rather than specific design. His enormous Puppy and Three Ball sculptures are very well-known.

In the Three Ball sculpture, he uses such a familiar object and he again uses a giant reproduction of banal object  like balloon animals. He mostly produce art as a pornographic images but he mentions that there are no hidden meanings of his work. He thinks that there is no gap between what the work is in itself and what is perceived. He just pushes consuming culture to the extend.
